What is Triptelligence®?
Triptelligence® is an intelligence platform built specifically for the world outside the classroom. Including, educational visits, sports fixtures, co-curricular activities, clubs, music, residentials and more.
It's the first platform of its kind which is dedicated, sector-specific data source that gives schools, leaders, government, bodies and providers a real picture of what's happening, rather than relying on assumptions and anecdote.
Triptelligence® is powered by EVOLVE Advice, which brings years of expertise in educational visit safety and compliance to everything we build.
The sector has always lacked data. We built something to change that.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of educational visits take place across the UK. Sports fixtures, music events, residential trips, clubs and outdoor adventures. These are the kind of experiences that shape young people in ways no classroom ever could.
Yet for all the value these activities generate, the sector has been flying largely blind. With no reliable benchmarks, no way to compare what's normal, no data to back up decisions, advocate for funding, or understand what's really happening across schools.
Until now.
How does Triptelligence® work?
School staff, including teachers, EVCs, visit leaders, sports coaches, tertiary and school staff complete short, regular check-ins through the Triptelligence® app. In return, they receive real, anonymised benchmark insights which they can use to see how their school compares to schools like theirs, without the guesswork.
That same aggregated, anonymised data is made available to trip providers, suppliers and companies as paid-for insight dashboards, giving the wider sector a representative view of the market for the first time.
It's a simple exchange that benefits everyone.

No student data is collected at any stage. All benchmarking is anonymised at school level. We take data responsibility seriously, and that principle is built into the platform from the ground up.
