Frequently Asked Questions

  • Triptelligence® is built for anyone in a school who organises or leads activity outside the classroom: class teachers, Educational Visit Coordinators (EVCs), visit leaders, sports coaches and co-curricular leads across England.

  • Yes, completely. There is no cost to schools at any point. The platform is funded by EVOLVE Advice and providers who access the aggregated, anonymised market data on the other side of the platform.

  • No. We do not gather or share any data related to your school. We only need your school name to validate your login.

  • Complete short check-ins through the app. These are quick, regular surveys about the trips, fixtures and activities your school runs. The more consistently you contribute, the more meaningful your benchmark data becomes.

  • You get access to benchmark insights, anonymised data showing how your school compares to similar schools. You also earn points for each check-in, which you can redeem for offers, discounts and entry into prize draws from sector providers.

  • No. At no stage is any student data collected or stored. All data is submitted by school staff and all benchmarking is anonymised at school level.

  • Triptelligence covers the full spectrum of activity outside the classroom inlcuding, day visits, residentials, sports fixtures, music events, clubs, co-curricular activities and more. If it happens beyond the school gate (or beyond the normal timetable), it counts.

  • All data is anonymised before it's used in any benchmarking or reporting. No individual school is ever identifiable in the insights provided to third parties.

  • Triptelligence® is piloting with schools across the UK from September 2026. Sign up to be among the first to get access.
